The bar every tool has to clear
Every utility on this page is built with three rules in mind.
Free forever, no signup. Every tool works instantly the moment you open the page. There's no wall to hit, no free-tier limits, no "sign in to see the answer". If you're signed in you get one extra perk — saving inputs to your World so the tool remembers them next visit — but the maths and the outputs are the same for everyone.
Java and Bedrock in one page. Wherever the two editions have different numbers (they often do — Bedrock uses different multipliers on enchantments, different frame limits on portals, different anvil UX), the tool covers both. You don't have to hunt for the right version of the calculator.
Human answers, not wiki dumps. Every tool page includes a plain-English explainer of what the tool is actually doing behind the scenes. When Chaz (who runs the site's Minecraft testing) writes the copy, she writes it the way you'd explain it to a friend who plays but hasn't done the maths — no jargon, no "leverage the enchanting mechanic", no walls of technical detail.
If a tool doesn't fit those rules, we don't build it. If you spot a tool we've built that doesn't feel like it belongs, tell us — the sign-off list is short and honest.
Missing a tool?
The list above is what we've built and tested to a point we're happy to publish. If you were expecting to see something else — a farm rate calculator, a beacon planner, a villager trade-value tool — tell us. Every new tool starts as a note from a player.

Tools FAQ
Finders read your world seed and show you where things spawn — villages, ore veins, strongholds, ancient cities. Tools are utilities that work on the game itself — enchanting maths, redstone timings, building patterns, coordinate conversion. Finders answer "where in my world?" — tools answer "how do I do this thing?".
Every tool on this page is free with no signup. Sign in and you can save seeds to a world so the map remembers them across visits — but the tools themselves are open to everyone.
Depends what you're building. If you're about to enchant, open the Bookshelf Planner and the Enchantment Optimiser. If you're running a redstone farm, Redstone Tick Calculator. If you're building a round tower or dome, Circle Generator. If you're travelling long distances, Coordinate Tools + Portal Calculator.
Yes — everything here is maths and reference. No files are read from your world, no mods are needed. The Sign Generator gives you a chat command that needs cheats or op level; every other tool is pure-browser.
